Carlos Neon Williams, aka "Big Los", 40, transitioned at Baptist Hospital in Memphis, TN on August 18, 2023.

His family will forever hold dear the precious memories- 5 children DeVonte McNeal, Caresha Lewis, Keyunte Hunt, Carlos Richardson and Carmelo Williams; 5 siblings-Joyce (Randy) Lewis, Tyrone Williams, Markel Williams, Keira and Teira Williams; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

In addition to his mother- Collinteen Dickerson Williams, 1 brother, Howard Williams preceded him in death.
