It was Saturday May 23, 1959, in Mason, TN that the union of William and Louise Terry Murray became the parents to Dianne Murray.

At an early age she attended Greenleaf Community Church in Mason, TN. Diane's education began at Tabernacle Elementary School and concluded at Covington High School.

She met and later wed the late Davie Jones. This union was blessed to share six children-Tomeka Murray of Memphis, TN: David Jones, Derrick (Constance) Jones and Daniel Jones all of Covington, TN and the late Danielle Jones and Antonio Jones.

Known as "Di" to some and "also Krispy" by a few, she lived life to the fullest. She was best-known for her "witty personality" and being outspoken when necessary. Although she was a former CNA at Magnolia Creek as a caregiver, Diane was a "caregiver at heart... on or off the job. In her time of leisure, you would find Diane playing card games, drinking a Pepsi or simply spending time with family and friends.

On the 17th day of January 2025, at the hour of 1:22 a.m., our beloved Dianne Murray Jones made her departure at Baptist Hospital-Tipton in Covington, TN. In addition to her children, Diane leaves to celebrate her life and her memories-2 siblings Carloyn (Albert) Williams of Mason, TN; Billy Wayne Murray of Covington, TN; Her niece and friend Veronica Dye, a special friend and companion Ricky Weathers of Covington, TN; 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and dear friends.

Along with her parents, husband and 2 children, 5 siblings- Calvin Murray, Margaret Dye, Lawrence Murray, Linda Williams, William Frank Murray and 1 granddaughter - Shameka L. Jones, preceded her in death.
