Dolly Mae Spencer Moore Matthews made her departure July 28, 2023 at St. Francis Hospital in Memphis, TN. She leaves to celebrate her life a devoted husband of 36 years, Willie Matthews; 2 children-Kenyatta Moore and Omar (Brittney) Moore; 3 step children- Jameta Matthews, LaTanya Matthews and Kelvin Mathews "Sr"; 7 siblings- Tommy (Toye) Spencer, Abraham (Sharon) Spencer, Richard (Shennel) Spencer, Linda Spencer, Diane Friley, Veda Spencer and Janie Brown; 4 grandchildren and  2 great grandchildren, other  relatives and friends. In addition to her parents-Willie and Maggie Mae Wallace Spencer, 4 siblings precede her in death-Daniel (Janice) Spencer, Arthur Spencer, Ossie B. (Marlene) Spencer and Willie (Vera) Spencer, Jr.
