Eugene Dailey 61, son of the late Earline Gibbs Dailey and Walter Dailey, departed this life on February 20, 2024, in Miami, Florida. Eugene was a 1981 graduate of Covington High School.  He continued his Culinary Education in San Diego, California.  He was a trucker at heart and was employed with Tipton Enterprise.

Eugene leaves to celebrate his life,  5 children; Shonita Johnson of Nashville, TN; Apryll Dailey and Brandis Dailey both of Brighton, TN; Gene' Dailey of Woodstock, GA and Damon Dailey of San Diego, CA;  3 siblings- Jacqueline (Oscar) Burnett of Atoka, TN; John (Donna) Tipton of Marietta, GA and Daniel Tipton (Shameka Jones) of Nashville, TN; 5 grandchildren , a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends that will continue to cherish the memories shared. In addition to his parents, a sister, Diane Gibbs preceded him in death.
