The life journey of Michael Kimble began on February 13, 1965, in Covington, Tennessee, born to the union of James Zell Kimble and Lucy Tate Kimble.

At a young age, Michael accepted Christ and was baptized at Cedar Grove MB Church in Mason, Tennessee.

Michael was a  graduate, with honors, of Continental Academy School in 2005.

Michael met and married the love of his life, Helen Burns. Together, they shared thirty-five blessed years and became the proud parents of four children: Tiwanda Murphy of Mason, Tennessee; Shelia (Dedrick) Edinburgh of Memphis, Tennessee; Traveddie Burns of Brownsville, Tennessee; and the late William Leavy.

He was employed with Westlake Pipe and Fitting (now Lasco) in Brownsville, Tennessee.

On December 3, 2025, at 8:04 a.m., Michael Kimble peacefully answered his  call, surrounded by the love of his family.

Michael leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife and children; eight siblings—Sam (LaQuita) Kimble, David Lee (Kim) Kimble, Emma Lee (David) Jordan, Ruby Nell (Willie) Holloway, Rutha Thomas, Ethel Scott, Eadie Simmons, and Johnny Tate; his daughter-in-law, Trineka Leavy; his mother-in-law, Sandra A. Smith; twelve grandchildren; and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; eight siblings, one sister-in-law and three brothers-in-law.
