Nathaniel Taylor was born in Mason, TN to the union of John H. and Viola Reed Taylor on April 4, 1947.

Nathaniel had a relationship with the Lord and grew up attending Canaan Grove MB Church in Mason.  In his latter years, he began studying to be a Jehovah's Witness.

He received his education from the Tipton County School District where his educational journey ended at Frazier High School.  Nathaniel was formerly employed as a farmer with Hopkins and Hopkins Farm.

On the 20th day of September 2024, Nathaniel Taylor departed this life at Covington Care Nursing and Rehabilitation. He leaves to celebrate his life a loving and devoted great niece and caregiver- Tracy (Demond) Mitchell of Covington, TN; a very special great, great, great niece Gabriella Alston of Brighton, TN; 1- sister Marie Taylor of Stanten Island, NY; 3 generations of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, Nathaniel was preceded in death by 8 siblings:  Dorothy (Carl) Burchett; Mary L. (M.C.) Bernard, Lillie (James) Wright, Sarah Taylor, Virginia Taylor, Rozell (Barbara) Taylor, John W. Taylor, and Joe (LueDell) Taylor

Visitation will be held Saturday September 27, 2024at Palmer Funeral Home from 1-5.  Service will take place Saturday September 28, 2024 at 11:00 at Jesus the Way Outreach Center 795 Tennessee Ave, Covington, TN.
