Roy Logan Hall was born October 15, 1943, to the union of Lee Roy Hall and Vera Woolridge Hall. He made his departure on May 2, 2024 at St. Francis Hospital-Park in Memphis, TN

Roy received his education from the Fayette County School District in Somerville, TN. Somewhere along the way, he attained the nickname of "Picalo". From the age of 18, Roy was a renown mechanic who "thought" that he could repair anything!

He leaves to celebrate his loving memories a devoted and special friend- Barbara Murphy of Memphis, TN;  2 sons- Todd Rivers and Percival Rivers both of Somerville, TN;  7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, a host of nieces, 3 nephews, Lucas (Maxcine)Hall, Kerry (Rhonda) Hall and Gabrial Sr. (April) Harris, a special granddaughter- Shaniqua "Jack Rabbitt" Rivers, other relatives and friends.  Preceding him in death are his parents; 1 son Terrell Hall and 4 siblings- Evans Hall, Paul Russell Hall, Luverne Hall and Aquilla Harris.
