Sarah Ruth Moss Hill touched every heart she came near, A loving, humble spirit we forever hold dear. Born December 28, 1966, in Charleston’s warm embrace, She lived with kindness and grace in every space.

She found Christ early, her faith steady and true, At Salem Baptist Church, where her service grew. A proud Covington High graduate, Class of ’87, She worked with dedication, her effort a given.

Blessed with two daughters, her joy and her pride— LaQuitta and X‑Zaviana forever by her side. Known for her laughter, her bold, vibrant way, she lit every room and brightened each day.

Her cooking brought comfort—green beans and chicken fried— Simple, loving moments that stay with us inside. On May 7, 2026, she peacefully took her rest, surrounded by loved ones who knew they’d been blessed.

In addition to her daughters, Sarah Ruth Moss Hill leaves her mother, grandchildren, siblings, and kin, a circle of love she forever lives within. Though she’s gone from our sight, her memory stays near— A life full of love we will always hold dear.
