Theresa L. Frazier was born on March 11, 1967, in Covington, Tennessee, to the loving union of Monte P. and Lillie B. Somerville Frazier. From her very first breath until the moment her final chapter was written, Theresa touched countless lives near and far. She will forever be remembered as a woman of strength, resilience, and unwavering determination—an overcomer in every sense of the word.

At an early age, Theresa accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior, a commitment she later affirmed through baptism at Shiloh Christian Methodist Episcopal Church in Covington, Tennessee. She received her education in the Tipton County School District where she graduated from Covington High School in 1985. Theresa later worked at World Color Press in the Sanitation Department, where she was known for her dedication and strong work ethic.

On March 24, 2026, at 10:18 a.m., Theresa peacefully transitioned from this life. She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved children: Marteze Moore, Qwantisha Frazier, and Shareka Frazier, all of Covington, Tennessee; her mother, Lillie B. Frazier; and her sister and devoted caregiver- Marketa Frazier of Covington, TN and Sharon "Dean" Tate of Covington, TN

Known as "Resa" by family and friends, Theresa was a proud and loving grandmother to seven grandchildren who brought her immeasurable joy: Marshyia, Marteze Jr., Zacylan, Taylor, Khole, Zacavan, and Paris. She also leaves behind a devoted caregiver, Mary Taylor, along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends who will deeply miss her presence, her laughter, and her love.

Theresa was preceded in death by her father, Monte P. Somerville, and her grandmother, Anna Laura Somerville.

Her life was a testament to faith, perseverance, and love. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
