On October 7, 1978, a joyful light was born in Cleveland, Ohio, when Chester and Maizola welcomed their daughter, Tiffanie S. Hale. She began her walk with the Lord at Omega Baptist Church and later continued her faith journey at First Baptist Keeling and Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church, where her belief in God remained steady and strong.

Educated in the Tipton County Schools, Tiffanie became a mother in 1995 to her beloved son, Sherrod DeShaun Hale. Known lovingly as “Tippy Toes,” she later met and married the love of her life, Greatter Holmes, becoming Tiffanie S. Hale Holmes on July 1, 2005.

Tiffanie worked as an Inventory Associate with Medegen Medical Products and proudly earned her certificate in Medical Billing and Coding. Her spirit was vibrant—full of music, laughter, dancing, and a deep love for children. Wherever she went, joy followed.

On May 14, 2026, at her home in Mason, Tennessee, Tiffanie completed her earthly journey, her faith unshaken to the end.

She leaves to cherish her memory her devoted husband of over 20 years, Greatter Holmes; her son, Sherrod Hale; and her stepchildren Comanita Payne, LoGretta (William) Gayden, and Robert Mason. She is also survived by her siblings Brandy (George) Maclin, Pastor John (Frankie) Motley, Michael Hale, Cheryl Williams, Chester D. Hale, and Chester Lamont (Lorraine) Hale; along with grandchildren, aunts, nieces, nephews, and a host of loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, niece, and several cherished relatives.
