Will Ernest Whitmore, a native of Braden, TN transitioned May 26, 2024.  He received his education from the Fayette County School District, from which he was a 1963 graduate. Will Ernest decided to further his education by attending a University in Detroit. On July 20,1970, he enlisted in the United States Army to serve his country until February 25, 1972 when he was honorably discharged. Will's military service continued with the Reserve until July 19,1976.  After returning to Tennessee, he began to attend Hopewell M.B. Church in Mason, Tennessee. Will later earned his General Contractor's Certification in Plumbing and HVAC.
On the 26th day of May, 2024, our beloved Will Ernest Whitmore made his departure at Millington Healthcare. He leaves to celebrate his life: four children, Angela Whitmore, Octavia Minyard, Tony Whitmore, and Ernest Whitmore; two sisters, Sarah Louise Howard of Nashville, TN, and Viola Degraffenrie of Buffalo, NY; a special nephew, Michael Whitmore; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews,and friends. In addition to his parents, three siblings preceded him in
death: Marie Elms, Edward L. Whitmore, and Willie L. Whitmore.
