Our History
Palmer Funeral Home, previously known as Mason Funeral Home, was founded by WC “Joe” Palmer in 1977. He, along with his wife Edna Palmer, developed the business in order to serve and provide outstanding customer service to families in their time of need, regardless of finances, although this was likely to put a financial burden on the business. They continued to serve the community and surrounding area, trusting that God would provide.
Today, the second and third generations strive to continue their legacy by providing excellent customer service, professionalism, and service with sincerity, which we believe constitute a large part of a funeral home's reputation.
